Summary

Science Teacher
Are you a passionate Science Teacher ready for your next challenge? An excellent secondary school in Redditch is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This full-time, long-term role will see you teaching KS3 and KS4 Science, including Triple Science.

The Role
In this role, you will deliver engaging and challenging lessons across the Science curriculum at KS3 and KS4, including Triple Science groups. You’ll be responsible for planning, marking and assessment, with a focus on raising attainment and inspiring a love for Science. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Science department, contributing to a supportive and high-achieving faculty.

The Candidate
We’re seeking a motivated and skilled Science Teacher with:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 Science (including Triple Science)
- Strong classroom management and lesson delivery skills
- A passion for Science and a commitment to academic excellence
- The ability to plan effectively and track student progress
- ECTs and experienced teachers are both welcome to apply.
