Summary
The job involves a rotation including long days, weekend days on call and a set of nights on call every 8 weeks with compensatory time off following. The rolling rota of long days andnight shift will be available prior to starting the job. An early pregnancy assessment clinic (EPAC) runs Monday to Friday. Worthing Hospital has a full range of both day surgery and more complex open surgery. There are MDMs which afford excellent teaching opportunities. Colposcopy and outpatienthysteroscopy lists are performed at Worthing Hospital. University Hospitals Sussex has an excellent postgraduate education centre on both siteswith easy access to IT and library support. Simulation both low and high-fidelity sessions, Laparoscopic simulator, and Ultrasound Scan Simulation (USS) training are well established
