About the department:
As one of our established and dedicated maintenance operatives within our team of 600, you will be part of an Asset Management department that prides itself on investing in our own people to deliver a first-class property based service across the Group.
We cover a broad range of disciplines from reactive, planned and grounds maintenance to property refurbishments, estate services, building safety and compliance.
You will be welcomed in to a committed and passionate team, with a key focus on professionalism and working together to provide an excellent customer experience and building trust with our residents when working in their homes and neighbourhoods.
Role Information:
The successful candidate will provide a high quality, responsive and customer focused caretaking service to designated schemes, blocks and flats and their immediate grounds as the schemes dictate.
You will carry out a programme of cleaning and grounds maintenance to general needs schemes, both internally and externally, across various locations throughout Nottingham and the surrounding areas.
Your ability to get things done quickly and efficiently will help us create clean, safe and attractive communities; ones where our customers can call home.
The ideal applicant will have a good standard of general education and experience in cleaning, grounds maintenance and handyperson duties at large sites.Applicants must also be able to demonstrate that they are able to undertake the physical aspects of the job.
A full, valid UK driving license is essential for this role.
