Summary

Assistant / Graduate Quantity Surveyor - Residential Developer

Location: Office in Ealing, Projects in Acton

Salary: Up to £40,000 + Excellent Benefits

An established and forward-thinking residential developer is seeking an ambitious Graduate or Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in West London. Role Responsibilities:

Working closely with Senior QSs and project teams, your duties will include:

  • Supporting the preparation of budgets, tenders and cost plans
  • Assisting with subcontractor procurement and contract admin
  • Measuring and valuing works, both on-site and from drawings
  • Helping with monthly valuations, CVRs and cost reporting
  • Liaising with site teams and commercial colleagues to ensure projects stay on track financially
  • Involvement in final accounts and project close-outs

Ideal Candidate:

  • Degree-qualified (or soon to be) in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • Eager to build a long-term career in residential construction
  • Organised, confident communicator, and good with numbers
  • Prior placement or experience in housing/contracting (preferred but not essential)
