Summary
A leading M&E contractor is seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their team on high-value projects across London. You'll be working on a portfolio of landmark hotel developments and large-scale residential schemes, delivering excellence in both pre- and post-contract commercial management.

Key responsibilities:
- Managing M&E packages from procurement through to final account
- Cost reporting, variations, and commercial forecasting
- Working closely with project and design teams to ensure financial efficiency
- Supplier and subcontractor negotiation and management
- Contributing to value engineering initiatives and risk management
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor on complex building projects
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills
- A background in major residential or hotel developments is highly desirable
- Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Building Services
