Summary
The role :
With a Leading and well established fit-out and refurbishment contractor that have completed numerous projects for blue-chip high profile clients. They pride themselves on the quality of projects and repeat business with their clients
They now require a Site Manager to work on a £4.Million fit out project in Bristol , Reporting into the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise all on-site activities, including subcontractors and trades.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with the project manager, architects, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
- Maintain high standards of work and quality control.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working on Fit Out projects
CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid are essential
