About the Role
As our Deputy Home Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Home Manager to lead and inspire a dedicated team. You’ll help manage daily operations and ensure that high-quality, person-centered care is delivered at all times.
Whether you're guiding and supporting care staff, taking charge when the Home Manager is away, or working with residents and families — you'll be the heartbeat of our home. Your leadership will ensure our care stays compassionate, compliant, and consistently excellent.
ï¸ What You'll Be Doing
Leading by example to mentor, supervise and train our care team.
Supporting with pre-admission assessments and care planning.
Maintaining up-to-date care records and fostering positive communication with residents’ families and external organisations.
Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and CQC standards.
Acting as the go-to leader in the Home Manager’s absence.
What You’ll Bring
Previous experience as a Deputy Home Manager (essential).
NMC Registered Nurse with relevant clinical experience.
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding protocols.
A people-first approach with a passion for resident engagement and wellbeing.
