We are working with a fun, nurturing and highly specialist school near Attleborough, Norfolk, which supports children and young people aged 5 - 16 with communication needs, Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a setting where learning takes place beyond the classroom, in fields, woods and purpose-built therapeutic spaces.

The Role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support students on a 1:1 and small group basis, guided by experienced teachers and therapists

Help implement individual communication and behaviour plans

Assist in a range of indoor and outdoor learning activities, including forest school sessions

Foster positive relationships built on trust, empathy and patience

Be part of a team making a genuine difference every day

✅ You'll Need:

A calm, caring and resilient approach

A genuine passion for working with children with SEN, particularly Autism and SEMH

Experience in SEN (preferred but not essential - full training available)

Your own transport, as the school is in a beautiful rural location not accessible by public transport

A willingness to be active, creative and hands-on

What You'll Get:

Hourly rate of £13.80 - £15 (depending on experience)
