We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our inclusive and vibrant mainstream primary school in the heart of Greenwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed educator to make a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs, working within a supportive and forward-thinking team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of pupils with EHCPs and additional learning needs.
- Work closely with class teachers, support staff, and external professionals to implement effective support strategies.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting interventions as needed.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promotes independence and confidence.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience or a strong interest in SEN.
- A deep understanding of a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative approach and a commitment to inclusive education.
