Summary
Your new company
A social housing provider in Lincolnshire is looking for a Heating Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. Covering a patch around Lincolnshire but with jobs focused around the area closest to you. (Usual hotspots are Louth, Skegness & Boston).
Paid 40 hours per week, working 8am - 4:30pm.
£41,000 salary
Van and fuel card included
Company pension (up to 12%)
Up to 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays (36 total)

Service,repair & install heating systems, appliances & products in domesticproperties.
Working in occupied and void properties
What you'll need to succeed
Essential qualifications include:
- NVQ/City & Guilds Level 2 or equivalent in plumbing/heating/ventillation
- Gas safe registered (CCN1 CKR1, HTR1, MET1, CEN1,(or CENWAT), LPG, CPA1)
- Unvented hot water ticket
You will also need:
- Full UK driving license
- Be able to pass a DBS check
- Be confident when dealing with tenants (ideally worked in social housing or another public facing maintenance role)
