Summary
Job Title: Mechanic
Location: Lexus, Croydon
Salary: Up to £45,000 basic (depending on experience and brand accreditations) + uncapped OTE of £20,000+
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 to 17.00, 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.00 to 13.00. (Saturdays paid at 1.5 hours overtime)

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mechanic to join our thriving Lexus Croydon Dealership. Offering a competitive salary, exceptional earning potential, and guaranteed bonus during leave or training, this role is perfect for a technician looking to advance their career towards Senior or Master Mechanic status.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fault finding and diagnosis using advanced diagnostic tools.
- Complete major and minor vehicle repairs with precision and efficiency.
- Handle routine maintenance, including light and full-service work.
- Order relevant parts and ensure repair and maintenance meet the highest standards.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Service and Parts, keeping all stakeholders informed.
- Meet or exceed efficiency and productivity targets.
- Carry out road tests and communicate findings with customers.
What You’ll Need:
- A mechanic with a valid MOT licence would be helpful but not essential.
- Proven experience working to efficiency and productivity targets.
- A meticulous approach to work, ensuring no repeat visits for customers.
- A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to learn and grow, including hybrid vehicle knowledge.
