Data Entry Clerk (3 month FTC)
Location: Ferndown (WFH but able to commute to the office when needed)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Salary: £12.21 per hour
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to support our client on a temporary, fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data across various systems, ensuring high standards of accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data into internal databases and systems
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Update existing records and maintain data integrity
- Handle confidential information in line with data protection policies
- Liaise with internal departments to clarify or obtain missing information
- Assist with general administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills
