What you’ll be doing:
• Creating and managing daily transport plans to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries
• Using planning tools and Excel to optimise routes and resource allocation
• Communicating with drivers and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly
• Resolving issues quickly and professionally, maintaining high standards of customer service
• Keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance with all transport legislation
• Supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge where needed
✅ What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience in a transport or logistics planning role
• Confident user of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• A methodical approach with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communicator who stays calm under pressure
• Able to adapt quickly and use IT systems efficiently
• Someone proactive, positive, and solutions-focused
Shifts Available:
• 4 on / 4 off or
• Monday to Friday (5 on / 2 off) – whichever suits you best
Salary:
• £35,000 – £40,000 depending on experience
If you’re ready to join a business that values your skills and offers long-term progression, I’d love to hear from you.
