Summary
A well-established business are looking for a Machine Operator to safely operate production machinery within a manufacturing environment, ensuring products meet quality standards and production targets are achieved.
Full training will be provided, though prior experience in a production or manufacturing setting is essential.
Shift Pattern:
This is a full time permanent role, working Monday-Friday, on a 3 shift rotation
As Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:
· Operating machinery according to safety and quality procedures
· Conducting basic equipment checks and reporting any faults
· Monitor production output to ensure compliance with specifications
· Complete production documentation and shift reports accurately
· Work collaboratively with team members and shift leaders
· Maintain a clean and organised work area
· Engage in training and continuous improvement initiatives
We’re looking for a Machine Operator with:
· Proven experience in production or manufacturing environments
· Willingness to learn and undertake full training
· Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
· Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
· Reliable, punctual, and flexible to support a rotating shift pattern
· Strong teamwork and communication skills
