Summary
Looking for 5 to 6 experienced support workers for a 29-year-old woman who requires 24/7 support due to PTSD and Autism.
Candidates should have experience with Autism (childlike behaviors),and be familiar with de-escalation techniques.
The role involves physical activity, swimming, and engaging in art and crafts.
Current Enhanced DBS certificate and a personal vehicle are required, two references and willingness to learn.
Two 12 hours shifts (minimum) Pay ranges from £16 to £20 per hour based on shifts.
Successful applicants will need to become self-employed. Assistance will be given to enable this.
Interviews will occur within the month.
