• Hours: 9AM - 5:30PM (Monday to Friday - office based)

Your job as the next Receptionist Administrator:
You'll be the first point of contact for all client and visitors, providing office support to each of the departments.
• Handling incoming post
• Answering incoming calls, transferring, and taking messages where required.
• Booking meeting rooms, arranging catering and refreshments.
• Franking the post and preparing it ready for collection.
• Assisting in organising quarterly events.
• Ensure the office is fully stocked with stationery and supplies.
• Handling petty cash, logging cheques.
• Filing.
Skills, experience, and attributes required:
You will be a great match if you have a professional and personable demeanour, proficient IT skills, and most of all, an enthusiastic, can-do attitude!
