This is an exciting time to join Yeovil Town Council and become part of a positive and dedicated team delivering for the residents of Yeovil.
We are looking to recruit a Property and Projects Co-ordinator to manage the facilities management function and deliver a range of property improvements.
This role will play a critical role in ensuring that buildings and facilities are maintained and operated effectively. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating the operational and hands-on work of the facilities management team, developing a close working relationship with the managers and staff of YTC facilities and ensuring all facilities are safe and efficient.
The post holder will also deliver a variety of projects through effective and professional project management techniques and provide professional support to the wider management team.
