This role is to be part of a team delivering high quality and comprehensive administrative support to students and teaching staff, right from enrolment through to receiving their results. Your role is key in the operational delivery of their teaching and assessment. You will work closely with your managers and academic colleagues to ensure our students are provided with the best and smoothest possible service throughout their time at the University.

You will have :
- Previous experience in a busy administrative role with high levels of data management.
- Good organisational and IT skills including high levels of experience of working with databases to maintain and retrieve data.
- A strong focus on attention to detail and maintaining accuracy.
- A strong commitment to the provision of an excellent customer service with the ability to proactively suggest improvements.
- The ability to develop and sustain collaborative and effective working relationships with a range of colleagues and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service to them.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to show empathy and sensitivity when required.
