Summary

Sales Advisor
£30,000 - £36,000

This role is based at our offices in Aldgate with potential flexibility for remote working to be discussed at interview. This is a full time role and our standard office days are Monday to Friday, with shifts between 8am and 6:30pm. Some Saturday and Bank Holiday work is required on a rota.

We’re looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team in London. This is a sales role, but it is sales with a difference. The focus is on building relationships and helping people make the right decisions for them and their particular circumstances - not cold calling.

What you’ll be doing:
As a Sales Advisor with The Good Care Group you'll deliver high-quality customer service with professionalism, empathy, and respect, ensuring all client interactions reflect our commitment to trust and excellence.

You will respond to enquiries promptly within agreed KPIs, accurately recording data in our CRM. You’ll collaborate with the team, demonstrating expertise in managing a personal pipeline from initial contact to sale, and meeting conversion, growth, and revenue targets.

You’ll have:
Essential:
- Sales experience
- Competent with IT and database management/updating preferably Salesforce
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
- Planning and organisation skills with ability to effectively prioritise workload
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence in having sensitive conversations with empathy and compassion
Desirable:
- Care industry experience
