If you thrive in a practical, hands-on environment, take pride in making a visible impact, and are committed to maintaining high standards, this could be the perfect role for you.We're looking for someone with experience in cleaning and minor maintenance, who can work efficiently and independently. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating effectively with our in-house voids team. You’ll also need to be confident in handling and safely disposing of hazardous materials. A valid driving license is required, along with the ability to drive a tipper truck or similar vehicle comfortably.Key Responsibilities:Work alongside Multi-trade Operatives to complete removals/storage of items in voids in a timely manner.Thoroughly clean properties to a lettable standard, including removal of waste, detritus, and hazardous material.Store cleaning tools, materials, and equipment in line with COSHH regulations.Safely deal with and dispose of drug and weapon-related paraphernalia.Undertake minor works within Hightown properties and communal areas as required.Discard rubbish and lumber at designated tipping points, keeping a log of weight or capacity as required.Ensure adequate stock is kept in the vehicle and minimise ad-hoc stock collections.Complete work in gardens linked to void properties as necessary.Essential Qualifications & Requirements:Experience in cleaning and minor maintenance work.Valid driving license.
