About the role
Are you passionate about the beauty industry and ready to share your skills with the next generation of beauty professionals? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Programme Leader to deliver our Level 2 Beauty Therapy programme.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Delivering engaging and hands-on lessons in Level 2 Beauty Therapy, including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and makeup.
Supporting learners in developing both technical skills and professional standards.
Creating a positive, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment.
Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback.
Contributing to curriculum development and continuous improvement.
About the person
A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
A Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Beauty Therapy or a related field.
Industry experience in a salon, spa, or freelance setting.
Level 2 or GCSE Maths and English
A passion for teaching and mentoring young people.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
