The Role
As a Data Analyst at Sai Subha Tech, you'll be responsible for:
Collecting, cleaning, and interpreting data from various sources.
Developing and maintaining databases and data systems.
Performing in-depth analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to our IT solutions, cloud-based technologies, and testing services.
Creating clear and concise reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
Collaborating with different departments to understand their data needs and provide data-driven recommendations that propel businesses forward.
Identifying and implementing new ways to improve data quality and efficiency.
Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with:
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline. (A Master's degree or relevant certifications in Data Analytics would be advantageous).
Proficiency in core data analysis tools and software, including:
SQL (for querying databases and data warehouses, including cloud-based ones like Amazon Redshift or Azure Synapse Analytics).
Advanced Excel (for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting).
Programming languages like Python or R (for statistical analysis, data cleaning, and automation, especially with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
Data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI (for creating interactive dashboards and reports).
Experience with cloud data platforms, specifically AWS or Azure services related to data analytics and storage (e.g., AWS S3, Amazon Redshift, AWS Glue, AWS Athena, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory).
Familiarity with data structures and concepts related to software testing data or operational data from IT systems would be a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Understanding of data protection and privacy principles.
