Job Opportunity: MIG/TIG Welder – Accrington
Location: Accrington
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 06:30 – 16:30
Pay: Competitive based on experience
Contract Type: Full-time, potentially temporary to permanent for the right candidate, after a successful trial period.

Key Responsibilities:
-Perform high-quality MIG welding on steel components (essential).
-Carry out TIG welding tasks as required (desirable but not essential).
-Read and interpret technical drawings and welding specifications.
-Inspect and ensure welds meet quality and safety standards.
-Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area.
-Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
-Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times.
✅ Requirements:
-Proven experience in MIG welding (essential).
-Experience or exposure to TIG welding (advantageous).
-Previous experience in a steel manufacturing or similar industrial environment.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting.
