Summary

Care Assistant Days – Residential Care

Location: Halmer Court, Spalding, Lincolnshire
Salary: £12.25 per hour + Paid Training + Amazing Employee Benefits
Hours: Full-Time, average of 40 hours per week (Alternate Weekends)
Shifts: 8am–8pm

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday (44 hours)

Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (33 hours)

Your Role as a Care Assistant:
Being a Care Assistant means being a companion, a helping hand, and a source of comfort. You’ll play a vital role in supporting older people to live with dignity and independence.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing companionship and emotional support

Assisting with personal care and hygiene

Supporting mobility around the home

Helping with housework such as cleaning and tidying

Preparing and cooking meals

Administering or supporting medication management

Located in the heart of Spalding, Halmer Court is a purpose-built care home offering 61 ensuite rooms designed for comfort, dignity, and ease of mobility. We provide residential, dementia, and respite care in a fully accessible setting tailored to older adults with a range of care needs.
