Overview:
We are a family-run, planned and reactive maintenance contractor delivering a wide range of general building services across London. Due to continued growth, we are seeking motivated and professional Multi Skilled Operatives to join our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out a variety of maintenance and building tasks across residential and commercial properties
• Deliver high-quality work efficiently and independently
• Maintain a professional and courteous manner with clients
• Support team operations and contribute to a positive working environment
Essential Requirements:
• Valid Asbestos Awareness Certificate (UKATA or IATP accredited)
• Health & Safety certification (e.g. CSCS)
• Own vehicle and tools
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude
• Smartphone for job management and communication
•Construction NVQs and experience in at least one of the following disciplines;
Painting and Decorating
Tiling
Plastering
Dry Lining
Plumbing
Carpentry
Roofing
Bricklaying
