Summary

Sales Invoicing Clerk

Full Time position available -

Permanent, 35 hours per week Monday to Friday.

A Sales Invoicing Clerk is required for an exciting permanent opportunity working within our Head Office based in Wednesfield.

You will be working as part of a small friendly finance team and you will be responsible for managing your own ledger of accounts.

Your daily duties will include:

Entering data into computer systems to create invoices
Preparing and sending out invoices to customers
Verifying the accuracy of invoices before sending them out
Reconciling payments received
Following up with customers
Developing and implementing procedures for efficient invoicing processes


Required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to manage and prioritise own workload
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential

Desirable:
- Sage experience
- History of working in a similar environment
