As our Maintenance Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our maintenance and grounds team. From handling reactive repairs and leading park improvement projects to overseeing the upkeep of grounds and guest accommodation, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining high standards across the park.
This is a hands-on role, so you’ll be actively involved in maintenance tasks, supporting the team while managing work allocation, performance, and compliance with health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, motivate, and develop the on-park maintenance team
Plan, delegate, and monitor daily work tasks and projects
Carry out site and facilities maintenance, groundskeeping, and unit siting
Ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety regulations
Maintain tools, machinery, and assets securely and efficiently
Support recruitment, training, and performance management within your team
Liaise directly with guests and other teams to resolve issues and deliver great service
Work with the General Manager on site development and improvement plans

We’re looking for a proactive, solutions-focused individual with strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to maintenance and grounds management. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be organised, adaptable, and capable of prioritising tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You should have practical experience in property and site maintenance, with a solid understanding of health and safety regulations. This is a team-focused role, so you’ll also need to demonstrate effective communication, delegation, and the ability to motivate others to deliver high standards. A full UK driving licence is essential due to the nature of the role.

The ideal candidate will have:

A clean driving licence
Proven experience managing and motivating a team to deliver results
Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
Strong working knowledge of general maintenance, ground care, and repair work
Previous experience in the siting of caravans is desirable.
Up-to-date understanding of health & safety legislation and safe working practices
Experience working in a holiday park, leisure, or caravan park setting is desirable
Knowledge of landscaping processes
Practical experience using maintenance tools, machinery, and equipment

You’ll be part of a growing business that’s passionate about delivering exceptional holiday experiences. We offer a supportive and friendly working environment where your skills and ideas are valued. As we continue to invest in our parks, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your role, lead a dedicated team, and make a real impact.
