Summary
Experienced Wholesale Administrator required!
We are currently seeking a Wholesale Administrator in Derby.
This role includes; order processing, client communication, and overall administrative tasks, ensuring a seamless experience for all wholesale partners.
You will also oversee the processing and tracking of wholesale orders, create invoices and shipping documents, and maintain accurate documentation.
You will collaborate with the sales team to update clients on product availability and delivery timelines, while also assisting in general wholesale operations, particularly during high-volume sales periods and events.
For this role you should have ideally have
-Prior experience in a wholesale administrative role, preferably in the fashion or retail sectors.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail are essential, along with excellent communication skills and fluency in Microsoft Office.
- Being familiar with inventory or order management software is highly preferred.
The right candidate will be proactive, well-organized, and capable of juggling multiple tasks effectively.
This is a full-time permenant position
Working hours are –
Monday to Thursday – 08.00 to 16.30
Fridays - 08.00 to 16.00
This role pays £26,000 per annum.
