Summary
Responsible for the full management of the restaurant’s daily operations.
• Recruit, train, and supervise front- and back-of-house staff.
• Oversee customer service standards and handle complaints professionally.
• Manage budgets, profit margins, payroll, and cash flow.
• Monitor sales performance and implement marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety and health and safety legislation.
• Prepare rotas, approve supply orders, and oversee stock control.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food quality and delivery.
• Ensure the restaurant achieves targets for turnover, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
