Summary

Oversee the entire kitchen operations of the restaurant.
• Design and develop menus in consultation with the executive team.
• Plan and manage food production, portion control, and presentation standards.
• Supervise and schedule kitchen staff; conduct performance evaluations and training.
• Maintain inventory of food supplies; liaise with suppliers and manage procurement.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety, and health regulations (HACCP).
• Control kitchen costs and maintain gross profit margins.
• Monitor kitchen cleanliness and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
