What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a committed Behaviour Support Worker. The successful candidate will work with the school Pastoral team and subject areas to raise standards of student behaviour and conduct throughout the school day, both in the classroom and in and around school. The successful candidate will join an exceptional team of support staff. Teamwork and the community are at the heart of what we do.
