Summary
3 day week Nanny in Banbury Oxfordshire 856867
This busy family and are looking for a kind, capable and experienced nanny. They have three children: two girls age 8 and 3 and a boy age 5. They also have a friendly, dog. They live just north of Banbury and the eldest two children attend school in Warwick and the youngest will start the pre-school there in September. The children enjoy exploring the outdoors, making dens, music lessons, swimming, arts and crafts, and they need a nanny with lots of energy who can support these interests. This is predominantly an after school and part time position and will include a mix of sole charge and shared care. They spend part of the week working from home in a designated office space, so need a nanny who is organised and can use initiative. Excellent communication skills, including fluent English, is essential. This role will include some school pick-ups and a clean driver’s license is essential, as is owning your own car. The role will include supporting homework and enjoying lots of play, so experience of primary aged children is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be able to make simple dinners for the children. A proactive approach to helping us keep our house in order is essential. They have a cleaner, but would expect light housekeeping during quiet times (general tidying of communal areas, loading and emptying the dishwasher / washing machine and taking receipt of deliveries etc.). Ideally, they are looking for someone who loves dogs and would be happy to take the dog to the local park for a run either before a school pick up or with the children during school holidays and who would stay with their family for a long time .
