Job Description
WHAT WILL KEEP YOU BUSY:
- Lead, inspire, collaborate and support your direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards
- Build positive, credible and collaborative relationships & communication methods with clients and other key stakeholders in the business
- Continually look to develop your team through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowerment
- Create a culture of excellence with your team, continually striving to push the boundaries of brilliance through natural caring service, obsessive food standards and innovation
- Achieve business critical KPI's including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial and Governance
Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- You thrive on getting the best out of people and maximising commercial opportunities. You draw satisfaction from managing, training and supporting a team
- You demonstrate a genuine passion for food & service, with a strong eye for detail in service standards, innovation and merchandising
- You provide a professional catering service, ensuring that company standards are maintained and that Client expectations are met
- Have experience in an General Manager role in contract catering or hospitality
- Thrive on delivering a great customer experience and leading by example
- Able to demonstrate your analytical approach to problem solving

Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and decisive Head of Retail to join our leadership team in London, United Kingdom. As the Head of Retail, you will be responsible for driving the overall strategy and performance of our retail operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences across all channels while maximizing profitability and growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive retail strategies to drive business growth and market share
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team of retail professionals across multiple locations
- Optimize store operations, merchandising, and inventory management to enhance efficiency and profitability
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement omnichannel retail initiatives
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking for the retail division
- Cultivate strong relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and industry partners
- Drive innovation in customer experience and service delivery across all retail touchpoints
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and team leadership
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate at all levels of the organization
- In-depth knowledge of retail industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
- Proficiency in retail operations management, including merchandising, inventory control, and store optimization
- Experience in developing and implementing successful omnichannel retail strategies
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and industry partners
