Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Retail Manager to join our team working at Northwood HQ.
This managerial position leads the Retail space output at Northwood HQ, including the coffee outlets, shop, and Deli.

To be eligible for this role, due to the sector requirements: you must have been a UK resident for the past 5 years and have legal right to work in the UK and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.

- This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, (5 days per week). Shifts range between 0700-1800, leaving your evenings free

A day in the life of a Retail Manager:
- The successful applicant will be expected to manage shifts which includes taking responsibility for the retail space as well as the store whilst on duty.
- Be an important part of the management team leading the team to run an efficient shop and provide a great service to our customers.
- Take full responsibility for running the shop ensuring that customers are looked after, deliveries are worked quickly, and shop routines are completed to maintain a safe, clean and tidy shop.
- Open and close the shop, handle cash, place orders and develop your team of retail assistants.
- Take responsibility for the control of operational costs including shrinkage, waste.
You will be set up for success if you have:
- Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have a legal right to work.
- Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
- Previous experience in retail, and/or coffee shops is desired.
