As a Maintenance Manager in our Leisure team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our sites stay compliant, energy-efficient, and well-maintained. Your work will directly support our environmental goals while maintaining a high-quality experience for customers.Enjoy variety and purpose in your day-to-day. As a Maintenance Manager overseeing Lilleshall, you’ll stay on the move — managing compliance, energy performance, and maintenance strategies across diverse environments. If you like working autonomously, building strong local relationships, and seeing the visible results of your efforts, this role offers the perfect mix of challenge and reward.

You’ll be entrusted to:

- Ensure all facilities meet statutory and contract compliance requirements
- Analyse and optimise energy consumption and green energy system performance
- Manage and deliver planned preventative maintenance and capital projects
- Maintain and improve the Energy Management System in line with ISO 50001
- Lead coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Monitor, report, and act on energy usage data via systems like SystemsLink and IMServ


You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have…

- Previous experience as a Maintenance Manager
- Strong understanding of building regulations, health and safety, and electro-mechanical systems
- Knowledge of HVAC, BMS control systems, and maintenance strategies like SFG20
- Experience with ISO 50001, energy audits, and sustainability initiatives
- Relevant technical qualifications in building maintenance or energy systems
