We are hiring Temporary Housing Receptionists for various sites across South London. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and support visitors and residents in a friendly, professional manner
- Manage reception duties including bookings, payments, and enquiries
- Conduct safety checks and monitor building access
- Act as a First Aider and Fire Marshal when required
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a positive experience for all service users
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housing or support work (UK-based)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to manage a busy front desk and work under pressure
Compliance checks will be carried out which will include, Enhance DBS, RTW, 2 x Proof of IDs, 2 x References. Assistance can be given, should you not have any of the above documents
