Our client, a well-established subcontractor specialising in education and student accommodation projects, is seeking an experienced Skilled Labourer to join their team for a summer refurbishment programme at an educational facility in Liverpool.
Skilled Labourer Role Overview:
You will be responsible for carrying out a range of joinery refurbishment tasks, along with general finishing duties. These may include:
• Assisting Joiners and other trades on site
• Minor painting touch-ups
• Silicone application
• Grouting
• Other general finishing duties as required
• Keeping site clean and tidy and compliant at all times
Skilled Labourer Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar skilled labourer role
• Ability to complete high-quality work to deadlines
• Own transport preferred
• Valid CSCS card
