Pinnacle Group is looking for a dedicated Mobile Cleaner to join our Homes Facilities Management Team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene of 3 Extra Care Housing Schemes in the Kirklees area - Own Vehicle & Drivers Licence essential

Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all residents & visitors. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence.

We are offering a Temporary to Permanent Role of 16 hours per week, working Monday to Friday with the flexibility to choose your working hours between 9.30am – 2.30pm. Plus the option of overtime.

Whilst working on the temporary contract, this role comes along with weekly pay. Once a Permanent contract is on offer, it will then go to a monthly pay.

Who we’re looking for

Key responsibilities will include:

  • To work over 3 sites in Kirklees including WF16 / HD4 / WF13
  • Vacuuming carpeted areas including barrier matting
  • Damp & spot mopping, dusting, polishing of surfaces, fixtures and fittings, sanitising touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces including windows within easy reach
  • Cleaning in communal areas (stairs & landings)
  • Removal of waste from internal litter bins within the offices and meeting rooms
  • Cleaning toilet facilities, and hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels
  • Deep, clinical and reactive cleaning as required

Key requirements will include :

  • Own Vehicle & Drivers Licence essential * with mileage paid
  • Good knowledge and experience and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment including COSHH and Health and Safety
  • Good timekeeping and attendance are important
  • Ability to work to laid down schedules.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative
  • Please Note: Confirmation of appointment will be subject to completion of a satisfactory Basic DBS check.
