Summary
General To ensure that projects are implemented adhering to best practice in health and safety and tools are in place to promote and monitor this. To work collaboratively with service leads and trust operational staff, members of the finance team and external stakeholders to generate and evaluate strategies. To generate project and implementation plans through the interpretation of policies and strategies to meet Trust business objectives. Regular requirement to use computer software to develop or create statistical reports requiring formulae, query reports. To design a comprehensive shared folder (information) system to support the monitoring and progression of improvement. To identify opportunities for further Cost Improvement by using local and national benchmarking data. Responsible for day-to-day management of associated Facilities Team Delivery and support to ICSUs for specific training as required e.g. patient transport Lead tenders and re-tendering exercises for all services To act as a change facilitator to support service change and improvement
