Summary
To lead a team of therapists to provide a high quality, evidence based, up to date Trauma and Orthopaedic Therapy service. To be operationally responsible for the day-to-day management of this team ensuring they have regular supervision, PDR and are compliant with Mandatory training. To lead service developments including policies, education and training of other health professionals on matters of rehabilitation. To work as a member of the wider multidisciplinary team to develop and enhance the Therapy services for this rehabilitation.
