Summary
Location: North East
Salary: Competitive based on experience
We are currently seeking an experienced Fire Stopper to join our team for ongoing work. The ideal candidate will be confident in installing batt and mastic fire-stopping systems and must hold valid Asbestos Awareness certification.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation of fire-stopping materials including batt and mastic
Ensuring work complies with current fire safety regulations and site requirements
Accurate reporting and documentation of completed works
Working safely and efficiently on site with minimal supervision
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Fire Stopper (batt and mastic essential
)
Valid Asbestos Awareness certificate (UKATA or equivalent)
CSCS / NVQ Card (essential)
Own tools and PPE
Strong understanding of health and safety procedures
Ability to read and interpret site drawings
