Summary

We're looking for a Senior Information Co-ordinator to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks team, for our Thames Water framework. Location: Hybrid working, from home and office at Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire

Hours: Permanent, Full Time - flexible and part time hours may be available if desired, just let us know



Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced Senior Information Co-ordinator to join our NRNN water team. In this role you'll will focus on adopting our information management process across projects, ensuring compliance with industry / Kier standards, focusing on ISO 19650, and helping to deliver against client requirements. The Senior Information Co-ordinator will highlight any errors throughout the quality assurance process and have awareness of the golden thread and associated requirements.



Your day to day will include:

-Contributing towards the development of minimum standards, protocols, templates, forms, processes, and manuals in conjunction with the Information Manager

-Implementing our Digital by Default strategy for information management including the systems and processes for the CDE across projects you manage

-Actively seek feedback from project employees on the use of the CDE and communicate this information to management

-Supporting completion of audits and associated reports for compliance on live projects, working with the project teams to close out any corrective action required

-Provide upskilling sessions to enable the information coordinators to deliver the CDE and essential courses to the project teams / stakeholders

What are we looking for?

This Senior Information Co-ordinator role is great for you if you:

-Have experience of working on projects with large volumes of data and information from various sources

-Possess good understanding of the practical application of document control procedures, including effective, and complex workflows, change control and change management

-Have demonstrative capability of delivering BS 1192 across projects

-Are proficient in the management of EDMS configured to CDE principles, Viewpoint for Projects preferred

-Have experience of effective communication with multidisciplinary design teams, client teams and sub-contractors with the ability to educate all stakeholders in CDE protocols, ensuring adherence
