Teaching Assistant - Complex Needs ProvisionThe Park Academies Trust is seeking exceptional and motivated Teaching Assistants to work in our new Complex Needs Unit to join a Trust which truly values its staff and provides a highly supportive environment.Location: Based across 3 schools within the Swindon areaSalary range: Trust grade 1-7 (£23,557 - £24,806 FTE) - depending on experience Hours: Full time and Part time hours available (Term time only)Start date: September 2025Closing date: 7th July 2025 (potential interview date 11th July 2025) We will review applications as they come in. We reserve the right to close this advert at any point.The Role:Teaching Assistants in his role will work closely with and report to the complex needs provision leadership team. The role of the TA is to support the teacher, individual and groups of children from primary to secondary across the curriculum working in the unit, as directed by the teacher. The teachers will provide all the necessary planning.It cannot be stressed enough that this post involves work which can be of a highly confidential nature.
