Summary
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Supervisor at the Fell Hotel.You will receive discretionary service charge and tips that can increase your hourly rate. A full time employee will receive around £3,000 per year in service charge and tips.Working in a busy 4 AA Star Boutique Hotel that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, you will lead the team in serving our guests in a friendly and professional manner, and become knowledgeable of our menus.Your duties will include food and bar service, assisting at private weddings and events and offering a level of service that is second to none. As a Supervisor, you will also be play a crucial part in the hotels leadership team, supervising and assisting the running of the busy hotel operation day to day. You will be part of a tightknit, friendly team that is very hands on.
