Site Engineer - Civils Project
Location: Edinburgh
Project Type: Commercial Development - Earthworks, Roadworks, Drainage & Utilities
Start Date: July
Contract Type: 12 month contract
Rate: £320-£350 Per day
Are you a skilled Site Engineer looking for your next challenge on a high-profile infrastructure project? We have partnered with a leading civil engineering contractor delivering a major enabling works package. This is a fantastic opportunity to join at the beginning of the project.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and oversee daily site operations
- Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, plans and specifications
- Set out works accurately and efficiently
- Liaise with subcontractors, site management and external stakeholders
- Conduct regular site inspections
- Manage permits and maintain accurate site records
- Proven experience in a similar role within civil engineering
- Earthworks/Roadworks experience
- Strong setting out and surveying skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- CSCS card (essential)
- SMSTS or SSSTS (desirable but not essential)
