Summary
We are currently looking for support staff to cover hours through the day, We are happy to consider individuals with or without experience.
Character and interpersonal skills matter most.
Keeping Abreast with service user care plan’s
Providing support to service users’ in line with their care plans.
Liaising with other care professional such as GP’s & Social Workers
Providing prompting, assistance and accurate documentation of medication.
Accurate, detailed daily documentation
Willingness to undertake on-going training in the area of support and adult care.
