Reception Supervisor (Ref: 219499)
Substantive
Part time 22.94 hours per week
Band 4 - Salary Range £ 30,353 - £33,016 per annum (pro rata)
Distant Island Allowance of £2,482 per annum (pro rata)
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and inter-personal skills as well as good organisational and record-keeping skills. They must be self-motivating and able to work on their own initiative with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities. They should have good IT skills and be able to plan and organise their own workload and that of others with no direct supervision to meet numerous deadlines
Reception Shift Pattern
Morning 08.00 - 16.00
Evening 16.00 – 00.00
Night 00.00 – 08.00
If the shifts are not covered, the reception supervisor may have to step in to cover.
*You will initially be appointed at Band 3 level (Salary range £28,011 - £30,230 per annum pro-rata) rising to Band 4 once successful completion of competencies.
