Salary: £23,885 to £24,116 per annum. Plus Excellent Benefits.



Contract Type: 37 Hours Per Week. Fixed Term until 17th October 2025.

Location: Paignton, Devon



We are recruiting for Temporary Enrolment Support Administrators to support with our busy enrolment period. Operating out of the Helpzone (including reception desks), your role is to provide a welcoming and professional frontline service to all; offering outstanding customer service to current and prospective students to contribute to a comprehensive ‘one stop’ service. You will be supporting Helpzone colleagues to take responsibility for the day-to-day administrative tasks involved in the Admissions and Enrolment process.



The successful candidate will hold GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or equivalent, have previous experience working with members of the public in a front-line capacity and have the ability to work effectively unsupervised. You will need strong communication skills across all levels and be able to use computer packages to develop and maintain records.
