About the Role
Rhondda Cynon Taf Council is seeking a motivated and detail-focused Administrative Assistant to provide effective business support across the Adult Social Care teams. Working closely with internal colleagues and external partner agencies, this role supports the delivery of vital social care services and contributes to the council’s core objectives for community wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality administrative support across multiple teams
Maintain accurate records and manage general correspondence
Assist with scheduling, minute-taking, and document preparation
Support coordination with external agencies and service providers
Ensure confidentiality and data compliance in all tasks
✅ Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in administrative support or clerical roles
Strong IT and communication skills
Organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure
Understanding of social care or local authority environments is beneficial
