You will be an integral part of the new MBTP Digital Change team advising and delivering on all aspects of business change throughout the project lifecycle and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). This includes stakeholder engagement, communications, change impact assessments, training material creation and user adoption, reporting on progress and attending governance boards where appropriate.
You will work closely with the delivery teams and the associated operational Business Change Services to understand key business delivery dependencies and advise on business impacts as appropriate.
You will initially be working within the Daily Operations Dashboard Product in addition to supporting the establishment and ongoing development of the MBTP Digital Change Hub.

Working Pattern
Due to the business requirements of this role, it is only available on a full-time basis. However, compressed hours are available.
